One suggestion for spa owners is this - create regular facebook post on your page. Also, include quotes about massage or create a post where you share customer testimonial or show the spa therapists. But, most Facebook Page run spa owners in Kerala and outside focus promotional post. This appears too regular and impersonal.
Why can't you think of differentiating yourself from others in terms of service, or any other aspect?
